UPDATE: 16:50 Zulu: Issue has been identified and we are working to resolve it. UPDATE: 17:10 Zulu: Most of the functionality has been restored, with the exception of some minor problems. UPDATE: 17:30 Zulu: Functionality has been fully restored and we are monitoring the system.
